Synopsis
A custom Wordpress deployment - code name "DonorMax" was chosen as the basis for quickly deploying content and managing A/B and multivariate testing. The entire business model results in a seamless, economical and easy administration of optimization testing and content management. Google Analytics was integrated and Google Experiments was utilized for performance tracking. We integrated a third-party donation form solution – Engaging Networks - to allow flexibility in distribution of donation and sign-up forms for third-party promotional partners to support outbound campaigns.

The key to this project was in the business modeling process which produced a high available application integrated seamlessly into firm infrastructure and easily administered from a content contribution, management and consumption perspective across internal departments and end clients.The solution features a modern UI and contains social features where users can share discoveries with colleagues, "bookmark" information and receive targeted content based on user history and popularity.

Our teams collaborated to create a "prescription drug launch tool" that could effectively and efficiently manage launch readiness activities from a central point by various tiers of stakeholders from C-level to line managers. The tool centralizes and makes available all documents, meeting minutes, data, status, and issues pertaining to the launch readiness process to promote transparency, accountability and management of activities via a workflow approval process with task dependencies.

This consulting firm needed to provide a tool to reduce the complexity in assessing execution options for company programs based on organizational objectives. We worked with the thought leaders to develop an interactive experience that would effectively organize a large amount of data in a targeted manner presented as an evaluative "quiz". The web and device compatible assessment module uses algorithmic “smart” logic to help evaluate and deliver information based on program tasks as related to employee roles.  The assessment increased execution effectiveness by targeting the relevant applicable processes and information most applicable to the employee allowing them to more readily complete tasks.

Consultant empowerment through new business model design effectively increased communication with prospects and convert sales by providing mobile connectivity to critical presentation materials and pertinent company data while providing bidirectional communication capabilities with key support from within the consultant organization. A “living connection” through Mobile Present was created and engaged prospects throughout the sales cycle. Consultants were given a set of tools to customize presentations and collect Q/A data then target the most relevant content and Q&A feedback to the key decision makers of prospective client.

Field Property Scouting Solution

Synopsis
Accelerate the discovery and acquisition of target properties to increase business opportunities and outpace the competition.  Our team understood the vision and goals for "Scouter" and set forth to develop and design a responsive web application. The strategy team conducted extensive evaluation of third-party GIS providers such as ARC GIS, various city tax map data such as Department of City Planning's Tax Block and Tax Lot Base Map project and cloud-server service providers to formulate the solution. After iterating through UI/UX concepts our design team chose a map-based mobile-first interface design integrated with data from disparate data providers.

  • Users can log into the Scouter web and drop pins onto a web and mobile enabled tax map which displays the block and lot numbers, street names, and property dimensions.
  • Users have access to interactive features that are related to properties based on their city block and lot
